patch made by me. colormsg, (spoil/debuff/buff on screen).

Also added normal brightness/gamma (no more bright web browser outside L2 client), borderless mode (to edit resolution open option.ini).

Put all files in system folder, if you want only colored chat, put in system folder only systemmsg file.
