Matras Curiosity and other part of quest

Hello, i want ask if someone know .. how i can teleport to Tully Workshop all of pt


i have done quest Matras Curiosity ... and i can go alone to tully workshop by use  npc in oaza hb ... (name npc: Deltuva )


but how i can teleport there pt (if i pt leader)? ppl what dont have quest ..


i hear its possible but where and how ?

As far as i know every party member need to make that quest. Without it, you won't be able to port.
