problems with high ping

Well I've got nice problem.

Any idea how can I fix over 1k ping in game? battleping doesnt help.
websites etc are loading with normal speed, speedtests shows like 3-5 mbps and I am not able to play L2 and LoL (very nice game)   lf any answers
