It's green because you wrote "RUR" on the find shop option in the actions menu. Basically, it's your own fault.

But green means sell, teal buy. Technically that char was supposed to be selling rurs for 27 adena, but instead it was buying.

But why do you speak about attitude and behavior ? That guy didn't do anything wrong, it just seems to be bugged. And there is not even a proof that you actually bought them in the picture..
