Strange lag

Since yesterday I experience a strange lag. I play normally for 1-2 hours and then I have horrible lag. I can't connect to the server, my rpg launcher can't update the game. When I finally manage to log I play for 2-3 seconds and then DC.

Have you been playing on the server long? Has this happened before?
