Only 2 window, not 3?

why in information i see here is free 3 window of L2, but i can log in only 2? :/

Because server is overloaded now, later you will be able to log more.

i can open only 1 after i get disconect ..... till now i was playing with 2 clients now only 1 client work.... ( max windows reached  and i have only 1 window open ... )

Server is very overloaded right now, so free limit is only one account.
