Move RURs from x5 to x3?

Or the only option is to sell them for 1/2 of their price and buy them again for full price?

The only way - move RURs from ur x5 char on account, and from there move on x3 char

ok, since ive never done this before, and even in english mode there is plenty of russian words i dont understand, could you drop at least some clues?  I have no idea and believe me, i tried

Buy and Sell coins. One is to transfer them from character to account and the other one vica versa.
