I don't have others window with game

Try the followed options:

Did you installed the client downloaded from RPG CLUB? If not, download and instaled it.

Did you check the version on Lineage II on Launcher?

The problem occurs only with this account , the other ones work properly so i think its not the launcher problem. On trade bot i can log .
