Ok so:

76ls - 10lvl skill
80ls - ?
82ls - ?
84ls - ?

i noticed when you augumenting with ls 80+ you have "increase" prefix but skill power/lvl is the same like from 76ls, so my question is what skill lvl you have from 80/82/84, acording to some sites that prefix "increase" is just client descriptioon bug and skill from 80/82/84 is the same lvl as 76... but i want to be sure so im w8ing for some decent answer with proves not just like "i have aug from 82 and im sure its better than 76 but i didnt made any test"...

higher lvls are supposed to land more often/fail less often.

it is also 10lvl of skill but from better ls so, it has better chance to land etc

hmm that make totally no sense, cuz skill lande rate = skill lvl, so if its stil lvl 10 there is no difrence on land rate ...

Its like this: lvl 10 = 74 skill, if u use higher stone than 76 or w/e it is you can compare it to being a enchanted level 74 skill.

lvl 10 skills from LS 76 and LS 84 are 100% the same. No difference in landing rates. The only way to boost debuffs rate - nevermind if it is chance skill or active skill, is with jewelry - Epic(antharas, valakas, zaken, frint, etc.) or TW earings.

thats what my korean friend said, he also said that "incrase" is only like translation bug or smth like this ...
