no answear, i tried now to send ticket but website is broken, this time about another weird behavior of player on oly from same clan

This pretty much means the server is indeed steering towards being a dead heap. Admins don't do their job, random shit such as duping, enchant bugging, and more crap as such still going on, 3rd party software abuse still going on, bans then un-bans for $$$ non-stop, and so on...
