IP filter problem

Today i just tried to login, but message "Change IP filter or IP" I can't because in site i can't login too. I have IP filter for both site and game so cannot login anywhere. I made ip filter delete and still waiting for email for more info. Whats the problem and what's happened that i cannot login. I didn't change anything from last login. Is this because of server problems.
