Support Bans?

I have used a bookmark support but not getting answers on the block my character. It works at all?
Where can I find out something more about the blocking of my character? Any suggestions? What can I do to recive my char?

Well.. Support has 5 days or 2 weeks (it depends) for reply. You should be patient, but anyway would be nice to hear any news from support (I've been waiting since 8 days and still no reply ;S)

*In-game currency should be on the character that has to be unbanned.

So I don't think you'll be able to get unban.

Шабака tell me that if I created a new character on the account where I have banned a main character (because my main char is in GMroom) and get on the second char 3000RUR~100$, but on this account. Can I unban my main character?
