well it works like this, when the stupid bird apprises some1 has to beat him in rock, paper, scissors,  then every1 who is in combat mode has a change that santa comes to him and gives him a present, an item that has 4 buffs scrolls for every class, and and item from what u can pick an random OEd weapno from D-S grade and there is  chance that u will get a normal weapon not a shadow OEd weap.

or simply gather mats for craft a weapon to OE, if you're as 'unlucky' as i am you'll get masterwork xD
