Question for members.

Ok so my friend have problems with his acc ( changed password for account and now it dosent work )


In this case he should just use "forgot password option " but here the problem occurs.
He used   poczta.o2.pl   emial ( Polish ppl know what it is ) and it seems that this crap dosent get mails from rpg club ( for example i can easy restore my password on gmail )

We made a ticket for support and we got anwser like this :

add [email protected] to white filter

But . . .neither me or him knows what the hell is that white filter thing   ( is it a spam filter or smtn ? in this case o2 dosent have it i think )

If any of ya guys could help ( best would be some Polish ppl since they might know the mail ) i would be rly grateful.

Did he check e-mails in "spam" section ?

Yeah we did .

Non emails either in normal masages or spam

Tnx for help but its still not working . . . all that left for him is to wait for new support anwser.
