Only one. There's also another "quest" on HB, near the village, but that'll take some time to reach it.

as long as there wont be 2-3 parties guarding the spawn - why not?
dont forget there r a lot "random" constant parties which r a lot better than not all but most of afl/ll/ooc parties...

No matter which clan will control HB on early stages they won't let randoms walk around. They'll massacre them.

keep in mind that it's x15 and with current event exp is not a problem, so you'll waste more time doing sin eater than randoms relvling. Server have too many ppl to pk everyone without any consequnces, if you want risk droping your epics or s grade, hf )

ofc they can try.... they may be even successful for a while and believe me it wont last long, like i said before there is a lot of good random parties, better than u can think at this moment, wont mention there is 325252 clans who want  to farm HB also
try to PK every1 at barakiel now and i can assure u it will be same on HB

With this amount of people, HB will be farmed 24/7. Stages will lvl up very quickly and if somebody thinks that randoms won't farm there, its very big fail. Hundreds of people will enter hellbound, how do you want to pk them all? You can pk one party, maybe two or three.. but until you get down your karma, you have another 2 random parties there, attacking you.

Wake up big boys, the fact that some of you are in good CP in good clan doesn't mean that you can control the whole server.

Randoms are part of the server too and as Lokocz mentioned, some in-town-made-random-parties can be much better than some lolCPs from zerg clans.

Actually I doubt random parties will farm at green, clans will always have 2-3 or even 4 parties there and will just pk bishops till they leave.
