Acc problem

Hi , when i try to log in site with my acc to remove IP it says =hellsguardError. everytime when i write my acc pass and code to login ... ingame i got dc everytime when i try to login pls help.

We are 2 ppl playing with this acc . One from Greece and one from BG.The player from BG is playing with 2 PC and Router and cant log the acc in site - it says =hellsguard error,and cant log it in game - dc when tryin to log.The player from GR is not with 1 ip too i think and he get this Для сброса фильтрации по IP пройдите по ссылке в письме. when trying to log in - https://forumen.rpg-club.net/?p=account_delip , but he can log ingame.
