improved buffs

i searched forum but i didnt found anything

im 70 lvl ee but i dont get improved buffs, its not on list or dunno, how can i get them ?

There are some Forgotten Scrolls ( like spellbooks )
You need to kill mobs which drops those special spellbooks.
After you get it, you simply double-click it, to learn that skill.

Exemple:
Improved Movement skill
