today i got new ip and i want to delete ip from exceptions so i tried but email to delete it doesnt come on my mail?

could you tell me why?

I got same problem. My Net service changed my ip this morning.
I have Ip filter for game and web. I am not receiving email to delete it.

Pls tell us what to do.

so i think u should ask gm to change ur mail to other or check spam box in mail

in spam box i dont have anything but all from rpg e mail i recived example: account on forum i take e mail on spam box. But now i dont take any ;/

Ok but i take e mail i click on link in e mail and writes :

Possibly mask the IP has been reset to zero.
