Forbid Pets in city

Hi, first sorry if this is not the right section to post this.

I was wondering if would be possible to ban pets in cities. They are terrible annoying when there are a lot of people. Sometimes is impossible to target the GK or WH without using the /target command, and in Aden where there is 2 WH with the same name I don't know why /target always choose the one that is further away >.<.

Also they contribute a lot to increase the lag.

PS: Ex: Dewilo using the mount stands over the WH Walderal in Aden. He totally doesn't allow other to use this WH.
