Bug with Clan War (whooot tha fack?!)

We have some problem with one of all our wars. Why part of ppl from our clan havent sing's war  and they have pk from war?! NO COMMENT

From what i've seen, when the number of ppl gets over 11k on the site counter, stuff like this starts to happen. Eventually the server will just crash. The number atm is [x15]: 11530

(i guess server becomes unstable when it is overwhelmed with huge amounts of chars online)
