Undban account...

I am writing on banning my accounts. 4 days ago I wrote on this subject, but I got no response. My accounts were reportedly banned for using a bot. It is a ban without a reason, and if so, please how any proof because I did not use a bot. My nickname is Mercu and SuperBeniek.

  -  This message I wrote three days ago. My account has been banned 7 days ago and still have not got any reply. The rules says that you responded to the message to 5 days and considering the unbans account. From what I see is crap. On what basis was my account banned? I never used a bot and I did not have it installed. And you my account banned for using a bot? This is a crock. If you think that I was using a bot ,please any evidence ... and also please answer because my lvl stands still         greetings Mercu ...

   GM! You can give the answer. How long I must w8 for answer??? . Banish account for nothing and not even placed on the reports and answer posts...?

I understand there is a lot of work with server but maybe someone can look into this matter? I play with mrc for a long time and its really hard to believe he could use any illegal software. They can give you all the info you need in order to clear this up fast.

From what i know from mrc:

They exp on hs as usuall. They even went for shots and s ore to giran in the meantime. There were some people who came for buffs, they gave it at first but then they were pissed and stopped. They talked for the whole time on party chat. I think those things can be checked in some logs?  All of those includes 4 accounts (2 man, 2 ip):

well mate as far as i know gms will never look to your post like it is right now, check the support from you accounts panel,. and check how and where you have to make the unban request.

Mrc wrote all of this in special form, waited 5 days as in server rules for reply. Instead of writing tons of unban forms and give more work to GM's we thought it might be better to write now here...

We started to play on this server with bunch of  old friends who wanted to play together again , i hope this bans case will be checked soon so mrc and szyszunieczka can join us again.

Bump, it's been 11 days and still no reply, i hope this will take up to 14 days since game logs need to be checked?

 GM  Why you banish people for nothing You do not answer to posts. It's crazy ... I play lineage 5 years and has never happened to me something like that

Bumb. Still no answer and the account is unaccesible since 4th december. Will any action be taken to check this?
