npc at castle is showing time in your gmt i think.

Time on website is for GMT+3, time on Messenger for sieges is always in your timezone.

Sieges are set to be at 4 pm gmt+3 and 8 pm gmt+3.

They aren't all at the same time and no, it's not possisble to change. You should either be in town before siege start, use dimiensional stones and just shortcuts with soe. It was always like that here.

well, its mostlikely gonna change soon, since clan will probly set different dates as others so, we'll see

Not really, keep in mind that there is only 1 siege day now and only 2 possible hours siege can be set.

Territory wars are on saturday, sieges on sunday. It's one of the Gracia Final changes.
