Way of log in to the server Problem

If anyone know how i can make an account with password which i choose cuz i make account and the game give me pass from his own...and what file i have to download to log in to the server.i have gracia final in my computer already but i cant download any patch that i make it copy and paste to the gracia folder like always i make in lineage servers...thx in advance!

In this link you give me for account when i make account i take a message above "my username"#error...it has to be like that or i make something wrong and something last what exactly i have to download from all these files to make it throught to log in...Thx in advance...
