Sub. Q bugged again ? :(

Hi , I have a problem with the quest for subcl. (Fate Whisper). Today, I wanted  to finish him i have everything what i need for it, but when I went 30 blooded fabric to Magister Caspar i got piped knife wtf ? I found that a similar topic and did what is written there, but again and again attention, i got piped knife as you see on screenshots or 30* white fabric i try everythink but its some i can not  finished sub Q , when i want give mold to Reorin he say me somethink as : go to trader zenkin.. and its impossible finished this Q ,believe me i try everythink what is possible

gf guys .. Now i dont have q and i do nothink i didnt  cancel or abort quest and q is canceled ? with all items realy fuck..you can see on screenshots than i had complete q with all qi but now i can start again great !
