i buy 291 sop but it was gems d... i spend about 10kk for them :(
some people make money with fake shops plz gm do something about it...

This is permitted. GM's are not here to hold ur hand when u play. Just pay attention and ull be fine.
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:
