This is annoying seeing Shout channel overspammed by WTS/WTT   | as far as i know wts/wtb/wtt is destinated for " + " trade chat. You can't look for a party by idiots spaming the shout chat with wts and big spaces between theyr messeges smth like this

I propose adimns to chat ban those who don;t use trading chat properly and trade on chat.

they added an auto banning feature for such players on x15. Maybe they could added it to x5 as well.
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

As far as i remember it was added on x5 as well. But it doesn't chatban for shouts with new lines in it, but for spamming 4 shouts in a row.

damn , i was so pissed off i din;t realized i posted on x5 server. They did nothing on x15 , you can't see nothing on chat because of those who spam. It makes me sick when i want to look for a party.

You can always add those spammers to your personal ignore list so you won't see their shouts.
