Casting speed bug ?

Well, here's the deal.
Me and my friend are both playing sorcerer,
- Im lvl 60 with avadon set, homu acumen, all skills learned, and no death penality and i have 547 casting speed.
- Hes lvl 58 with avadon set, valhalla acumen, all skills learned, no death penality and 629 casting speed.

None of us has dyes, and the valhalla doesnt raise the cast.
Anyone could tell me where the problem could be ?
