Shield of Revenge doesn't work!!!

Dear ADMIN

I posted this problem maybe month ago and then you say that noone posted before about this so it must be work i say ok.
But i check this. I was fights may duels with my friend, he gave me hundrets hits from skills and not from skills and any i say any of his hit wasn,t reflected back to him. SHIELD OF REVENGE DOESN'T WORK. I was watching video on YOUTUBE where hell knight fight with dagger where hell knight  never touch dagger and dagger have only half hp   . So please FIX THIS. I dont know what is the chance for reflect damage but now the chance is 0000000000. Other skills reflect Physical Mirror, Shield Deflect Magic are working  but Shield of Revenge NOT

Make same for RPG. Record a movie in which u test same like that HK against a dagger. Then come show it to us and we will see what is wrong.

I'm asking you this: in over 1 year, since we changed to gracia final, nobody complained about it. What's more likely? That you know for "999999999999% sure" that it's broken and everyone else is an idiot? Or that you simply are doing something wrong?
I asked you nicely to show what is wrong, with proof from both official and rpg. You showed official, now show us RPG too. That is the PROPER way of reporting a bug. Shouting your lungs out doesn't make your arguments more believable. Real facts please!

I'm not saying you lie. I'm just asking you to show me. I'm at work, i don't have time to create chars to test it out, something that almost surely is not even bugged. So please, go ahead and test it again, fraps and post it here.

: ) never trust the description of a skill in l2. It's most often then wanted, wrong. Shield of revenge only activates when attacked with physical melee skills that don't deliver a debuff. Skills such as the dagger attack ones. Go search guru forums if you don't trust my info.

So why friend hit me all the time hundreds times and Sield of revenge doesnt reflect any damage.
And i found posts in internet where people playing on others serwers are complaining too because he dont work.Maybe he work only on official serwers.You are GM you can do this. You say nobody complain this maybe no one find this bug and i find him first.

and it was working fine on 30x
