Please regulate sell shouts

You regulated selling shouts to trade chat only with 2 min delay until you could shout again on the 5x. Please make this rule again for the 15x its really hard to find ppl for party without shout being flooded with S> SELL SELL WTS stuff like that.

I've chat banned for 600 minutes yesterday a LOT of ppl. If you don't want to be one of them, avoid using shout for trades.
