Hi, realy i dont know  this is bug or not, but i cant open private workshop in Giran. In system chat i get message "You cannot open a private Workshop here", i try in several places: giran center, near Taurin. In other towns i got no problems.

Craft shops are not allowed in Giran, admin's decision since long ago.
