i didn't played 2 day's as i think it was more than plenty time for gm's take care of it, and no point in playing without items and adena? (don't you think?), then i come log in check progress and my char is used as box by thief! what emotions and thoughts come about our dear gm nice job!!!!  ???

some1 scammed me with activated ip filter(i wrote to sabaka  that ip filter isnt working at 100% with dynamic ip adress and  and received only messege in style "fu" and after some days Michael found it what i was telling) ........ and then i received some things and stolen adventurer soe  ??? ??? but not stolen fb wolf etc...

If you say you had ip protection active, for game and site, send message to support and explain it to them. Also, have you checked ip log on site? See where the address that scammed u originates from. Maybe it was one of ur "friends".
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

ip filter has some issues when we are talking for dynamic IP....
for example if my ip was: 12.34.56.789 (dynamic) and the first 2 parts was stable. i should put on filter 12.34.*
and it didnt work.. so i had to put full IP so it would be 100% protected...
and everytime I restarted pc or modem i had to go to forum to put new full IP.
for me its working now.. but sometimes it getting bugged for some reason....

i;m guessing you don't use ip filter for site or you're resetting the filter every day. if it's the first one u're not protected at all. someone who knows your password can simply log in on site and add their ip as well.
also, try a filter like this: 12.34.*.*
i have the filter set that way and it works just fine. both on site and in game
