Hi i tryied to log for the first time but i got this error :

Have you tried doing what it says there? Delete options.ini file
And don't enable HDR and other eye candy. Just keep it basic.
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

well, the problem is i don;t have option.ini file in system folder, if u can sand me one i will be pleased, and maybe a l2.ini file ...10x

If you dont have option.ini run updater.
