mine ip filter problem

Hi, my ip changes alot i dont know why but every time i try to login in game first time of day i allways get "system error" and i allways need to go to site and change ip filter again so i tought that if i active the option "use ip filter in site" i woudnt need to do that again. i was wrong and i cant even login in site and i try to delete my ip mask and messege isnt send to my email. more then 24h i've ben waiting for something on email but nothing.
what else can i do to get my acc back?
please some help from admins/GMs/anyone thanks

Site was down all day yesterday, it was probably messed up when they moved it to another machine. Send a message to support imo

i know about that site was off yesterday but isnt since yesterday i cant login in site or in game
