Accounts banned for voting

Hi, my accounts (first with char named 'Sakatuti', second 'T100") have been banned. The reason is some kind of l2top cheat. I have pre-paid internet, so any time i connect i get different IP. I can vote from enoungh computers to get vote coins for 14 chars per day. I dont see any cheat here.
So i ask why i have got ban, i dont cheating, selling for real, even, in game, for adena. I keep vote coins for myself (and sometimes for my friends). I dont see any rules about voting for more than one char per account, but if i break some of them please remind me, than the half of server is breaking this rule too.

I don't vote from 1 computer and i cant find any rules about voting for more than 1 char per account. Anyway if it is forbidden (show me such rules please) there shouldn't be option for vote for char, but for account.
I would like to hear an GM opinion.

It is forbidden and it is in the rules, but on the russian site. It got lost in the translation to english and we're sorry for this.

But, on the other hand, it should be common sense that what you did is exploiting the vote system. It's something like the triplebox rule, when some tried to get around it saying that they had 3 clients on a pc and 3 on another. Hope you understand.

Nice to play on server when you think you know all rules and trying to do not brake it (if you dont understand russian language)

Its sad that half of server is getting cake's everyday and only i have bad luck

still there was nothing mentioned about it, he should be unbanned bcuz he didnt break any rule

and please michael when u mention common sense, think about MI and hero berserk some time ago

Could you reconsider this ban for non-russian players for voting ?

Because when we started to play, we read rules and obeyed them. Ingame you could see hero shouts 'b> cake' every 10 minutes and someone shouting 's> cake' in towns every 10 minutes also and common sense told us that it is not forbidden to do it, since noone even tried to hide with this ( shouts were from main chars of players ).

I don't think its fair to make players loose so much playtime just because of glitch in english website.

What does selling cakes ingame have to do with abusing the vote system?

And you should try and send message to support and explain this, you will probably be unbanned.

altho i dont support this kind of stuff (because its lame, just like l2c) common sense 'says' that what is not forbidden that is allowed. if there was no such a rule - the ban is not fair.

Vote on L2top with many accs not forbidden, BUT when you vote from similar names like zz01, zz02 or asdfg, asdfh - you breaking L2top rules and server have bad reputation and L2top remove him from server`s list.
