error on startup

when starting the game the dragon  with a flag comes up then i get this error

seems like u didnt patched correct

this is my brother installing the files. mine is working fine. but he has ran the updater that didn't work, then he installed the files manually but got the same message both times. so maybe it is his l2 that is messed up. i told him to reinstall l2 and try to patch it again. i will feel yall in if it works

maybe reinstall l2 and copy YOUR system folder on his pc

he reinstalled l2 and repatched and it worked. so thx for the advice.
