Another hacked account

After writing like 4 times in total to "Support" without any response I hope someone will check this here at last.

Seems like it's not just a single person as you may heard many accounts got "hacked", and yes this is not about account sharing...it's about some russian guy getting our passwords somehow. I'm saying russian guy because the IP trace shows that the IP is from Russia. I don't know if this guy is using proxy or w/e but this doesn't matter atm.

My char name is Nehalem, on may 7 someone logged my char when I was offline and started to trade gear with other character named xNoNickMan or smth. I can't say that i got "zeffed" a lot but it's still enough...All my adena + ancient adena, IC shield, including some A-grades like MJ boots + gloves, don't know what else...

I hope someone will get this done because 2 days passed already...

This hack account thing is odd. Why? If he would really be able to somehow hack accounts, he would go for the top chars on server, no? This is either account sharing or something as simple as a keylogger ... or mby one of those sites that are duplicated from original in order to steal accs.
All are mistaken about russians using l2r, explanation is a lot simpler:

Yes it's not "hacking" in the real meaning, anyway it's not account sharing and I heard about other cases like that before which were handled by the staff, that's all about it.
