Prophet skills

Hello, I have a prophet level 78 and there's this new skills:
* Improve Combat: Shield + Might (Level 70)
* Improve Condition: Bless the Body + Bless the Soul (Level 70)
And I didn't get any of them, any idea how to fix such a thing?

You don't need spellbooks on 30x EN and they're not even on the "learn skill" list.

If you don`t know how it work, it`s not our problem. This skills learn only with Forgotten Scrolls.
