The client Limit is per IP or per machine(PC) ?

I use proxy sometimes so I doubt that its per IP

Really dude Quote me some answer of GM or atleast from MV like "From same IP and different pc there is no problem if it`s  3 clients per PC" or "No if you log more than 3 clients per IP ,nvm of number of PCs, you get ban".
I don`t see any clear answer.It`s not like i`m asking for some physics theories, just simple thing and expect simple answer.

if you have 2 pc, you can log 6 clients.

Playing from 2 PCs damage the game more than half server using 3th programs pitty  ;D Got what i needed to know 10x
