hi there,it seems dat the more u re in the game the more u earn that "time" item thing if u give some amount of runes it starts with 20 the lowest  u can take an accesory hat/glasses/afro dat has vitallity skill for 20 Min with a 12 Hour cd each of it lasts different times the lowest for 3 Hours/3 days/30 days but u have to give more rune
