Can someone gm answer me to this problem??? why this char when he is 74 lvl, when running his lvl increased at 80

He do one Restart and the lvl goes back to 74, but he have karma which before restart  dont have, and the sp has increased and now have 1.2 billion sp kai -18 PK !!!!!!!! So what happend???
