I choose baium for sub, now can`t change it to 30 mobs, I tryed to destroy pipe knife but it can`t be destroyed.

abort quest and camp raids again

Or you can go and check monument of heroes. Get the Baium ToD, camp it (8h, same as other raids window) and pray Russians will be in good mood and don't PK you before you hit Baium inside.
