SMS Donation

Hey.

I send 7 sms for donation, but earn only 108 coins, so only 3 was succesfull. Everytime i saw "SMS Recived" on website. I send e-mail for this website, but they told me i have to ask administrator of game. So i do it, what happens to my coins?
