UI problem

Hi guys , i have a problem. I play from laptop 15' and i see all very big on monitor (hp,mana,vitality, skill bars, chat bar) . I tryed all rezolutions but doesn't work   Anyone know if i change UI scale to see those smaller so can i play normaly?
