You ever think that the servers and rates were made by when they stopped poling.  Not by the people who could vote again and again.  By the time I started reading this forum the polls were over already.  Yet I was able to vote 3 times after that.   7x passed 3x in that time frame.  ( They were about tie at the time I started)

Admins choose to let people play 3x and 7x by making two servers.  Making a choice to help all whom voted.  So I dont see how anyone is upset other then the fact that both server don't open on the same day.
