Death spike Spectral master

Hello,
last time i was reading high five patch changes somewhere here on forum. What i noticed is our death spike is half of a power it should be. Power should be like necros and SH's and its just 65. I'm sure this is somekind of mistake. Will it be fixed? or this is an idea of our Gamemasters?
