loggin-ing problem on site,pls help

I have a big problem, i cant log anymore on site,on my accounts! in-game i can log,but on site cant,because write to me incorect code from picture's,but i try it 8432432423 time's and still dont work... any Moderator have a solution pls ? thx

im not drunk, write'ing, really ,how it is possible to write again and again ,100 times+ and with refresh,and still same sheet posting "incorect code from picture"..?
