help for labirinth

I am new to Gracia final and i wanna ask players about tactics for labirinth x9 and answer some stupid questions
can we skip those mobs  @ start (golems )
can we skip first mini boss and if we can  what are consequences
can we go straight to big boss in laba

1st mobs - kill them for lowering final boss pdef
2nd mobs - kill them for lowering mdef
3rd mini boss - killing him will reduce patak

u can skip everything u want but its a lot better when u deal with appropriate mobs e.g. - melee pt - kills 1st group then sneaks behind 2nd group (hug the walls), kills mini boss and finally kills that bad final mofo.
