Site/Tradebot error

clan leader mine cant connect to tradebot/site
she has 2 computers ,with both same error
we tried to reinstall the browsers,net framework,silverlight nothing happened .
she said that this bug is since 05.28 when she had mass dc with tradebots

any ideas?
