Lags / Delay

I'm making this topic because since yesterday I have been experiencing delays of 1-2 seconds all the day and also today, I play from Venezuela, but I have never had this delays and lags before, not even when you changed the database provider, the delays started yesterday, I hope I can get an answer from the staff.

If anyone else have been experiencing delays since yesterday, reply to this topic.

I'm guessing rpg have changed their internet provider due lower income lately
