I will get reputation points if clan wouldnt be register on any siege ?

Yes, 1 siege at 16:00 and 1 siege at 20:00, only if your clan does NOT own a castle.

Yeah, if they own a castle, they are force-regged to defend it, so they can only reg the other siege in that case... i think :P
